About Nicole Currie
Nicole Currie has been practicing and studying yoga for over 12 years. She is a certified yoga teacher from the White Lotus Foundation, has completed an additional 500 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Works, has a Prenatal Yoga certification from Yoga Fit and Yoga Works, she is a STOTT Pilates instructor, and she has an M.F.A. in dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Nicole balances her time between teaching elementary school kids dance with the Los Angeles Unified School District, teaching private Yoga and Pilates classes, and her newest addition CINCH Fitness classes. Her classes benefit all levels, as she loves offering modifications and props to help students find proper alignment. Nicole is passionate about teaching and offering guidance to students of all abilities. About Leslie St. John
Leslie St. John is a self-expression muse, helping people get “unstuck.” Using the modalities of yoga, Qoya, and writing, she helps people unshackle creativity, feel their bodies as allies, and cultivate more self-intimacy. She is creator of Prose and Poses and offers yoga and writing retreats (Upcoming retreats at Sagrada and the Mayan Riviera). She holds an MFA in poetry from Purdue University and is author of Beauty Like a Rope. Her writing is published in Elephant Journal, Teach.Yoga, Yoga Revolutionaries, Apersus Quartery, Oxford American, Rebelle Society, and Verse Daily. She teaches Literature at Cal Poly. A 500hr RYT, she has studied with Tias Little, Noah Maze, and Rocky Heron. Her classes have been described as “Sweaty and Spiritual.” Be prepared to move. Deepen your connection to your true self. About Eva Inglizian L.Ac.
Eva Inglizian L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the State of California and has her acupuncture practice at Sagrada Wellness. Eva leads Sagrada's Qi Gong classes. Her passion is in empowering individuals to feel their own sense of harmony and vitality. Eva’s clients come to her for health maintenance and preventive care, empowering them as unique individuals rather than a disease process. Eva's intuitive understanding of healthy living can be seen in her treatment offerings. Eva has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for over a decade. Born into a family of healers ranging from her Father, an Emergency Room physician and psychologist to her Mother a nurse, Eva has healing in her blood.
